- The White Lines management team, to manage your enquiry, booking or membership
- Breakpoint, our Reformer Pilates and Wellness Spa platform, to manage bookings and scheduling
- Playtomic, our padel and pickleball booking platform, to manage court bookings and availability
- Any email marketing platform used, e.g. Mailchimp/Octopus
- Other third parties where required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
International data transfers
Some of our third-party providers may store or process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
